Last week I took my car in for regular maintenance, After speaking to Johnathan regarding a strange, unusual occurrence everytime I would go to break, my car was acting shaky. I had recently replaced a tire due to a nail and it was not properly balanced.
Jonathan saved my life. He thought he may know the answer. Before taking it in the car had been looked at by others and nobody even came close to that diagnosis. Johnathan had it right and the Service Team Corrected the problem that was created elsewhere. Johnathan is an Excellent Service Writer/Tech and he has been a God send to me.
