“Car was clean and drove well, and it came with a full tank. The lady at the desk was the sweetest ever and explained stuff to me so patiently. They also called to confirm my rental and ended up working out a way to get my car when I arrived at the airport instead of the next morning which made it so much easier for me. 10/10 experience”

“Let’s talk about it… I reserve here all the time probably for 4 days to a week every other month. I’ve only received a bad rental once, which was only the rug had shifted and a tiny ding in the windshield of that same vehicle but it was notated so I had no worries about that but every other rental has been great! If we fall into issues and have to extend, they make that process super easy with just a phone call.

Yes sometimes when I come in I have to wait but that’s usually because there’s only one person working and they have to do everything from check-in verification to cleaning, (Lawton is a small town) but when there’s more than one person, it’s very quick and easy to pick up and go. I appreciate that they attempt to do everything they can to get me a vehicle in the class that I reserved but if it maybe hasn’t been turned in (extended or taken to another location for an emergency that supersedes my reservation) or it hasn’t been cleaned, they either offer me a free upgrade to the next class up if there’s one available, offer me another higher class and pay the extra cost or to wait until the class I reserved is ready. Most of the time I wait but on occasion I take what they offer because I need a vehicle ASAP.

The ladies that are normally working at this location are the absolute best. The manager on the other hand had an ugly attitude the one time I had to deal with her but thankfully that was just the one time so our encounter does nothing to my review for the 99.9% of my other very positive experiences. I like Budget, I’m going to miss them when I buy my new car but if I need to rent, I’d definitely choose Budget.”

“These folks have always done right by me. I travel here regularly for work and more than once they have returned for late flights to make sure everyone gets their reserved car. They might not be the fastest, they are often understaffed, but they are wonderful. I wish I had the name of the woman who helped me tonight she is an absolute rockstar, thank you! I believe she helped me with a tow truck issue a couple years ago too. I'll update my review when I remember her name because she deserves the kudos!”
