Budget Car Rental provides a simple booking and checkout process at a great rate. The counter at the small airport is very easy to find. The staff is nice and amazing, going above and beyond to help customers, including assisting when other companies could not and calling personally about flight delays. Personnel helpfully step in to solve major issues beyond a customer's control. However, there can be disappointments, like receiving a different, lower car model that is very hard for a short person to use. Overall, many customers recommend it and plan on using this car rental again.
