About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Lawton operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. Avis is one of the world's top brands for customer loyalty. Customers praise the outstanding work and excellent service provided by the staff, who go out of their way to help. The company is known for its honesty and integrity, with one customer commending an employee for returning a lost wallet untouched. Avis has also been praised for its reliability, stepping in to provide a car when another company left a customer stranded. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the high charges for relocating and dropping off rentals at another site, noting that other companies have lower fees for such situations.

More than Grateful for the experience at this location... Although, a rocky start at the beginning. It ended with a reason to return for future services and highly suggested to others. Service was professional, expedient, and convenient during an inconvenient moment... BZ

Customer service was awesome. We had car trouble with the car we got from OKC. Lawton hooked it up. Quickly changed cars and hit the road again.
