I went by the store to speak with Kevin. He was a breath of fresh air comparing to the other day. He quickly rectified the situation I was not happy about and was out of there in no time.
Kevin is a very amiable young man who displayed an impressionable demeanor of someone who was willing to help a customer with no reservation. I appreciate his friendly attitudee and service. Kevin is a very good man who demonstrated being in charge of his store. I called and made an appointment for my mother’s home and Oustin did an amazing job of locating the issue, repairing the problem, explaining what caused the issue and future options if my mother wanted to have them done. He explained that it was not necessary and completely optional. I would recommend Johnson’s Electric to anyone.
