It's a nice place to live, the trash service is a nice amenity and we love the pool in the summer.

The office staff is very informative and quick to respond. Truly good professionalism. However, you are going to pay a premium every step of the way. I don't think the pricing is competitive considering cost of living in the surrounding area.

Lived here quite a while ago, but the property still looks great, and I would consider moving back if I didn't own my own home!
