“Soo, I was stranded on side of the road due to my serpentine belt exploding I called this oreyllis and my new friend Greg Lindsey manager at this oreyllis personally took me belt and was done for they day heading home. I soon realized my waterpump was damaged and that was the reason my belt popped. So called oreyllis again and they called Greg with no hessetation Greg brought me water pump from another store 20 miles away(40 miles round trip) on his personal time. Thanks to Greg best man in Oklahoma I was able to make it home in South Texas to be with my family.”

“The hood on my Honda would not close properly. I was needing to go up to the VA in OKC but scared to drive on I35 with it like that. I remembered that my dad (94-1/2 yo) had taken his car to this garage many times so I drove over and asked them if they could tell me what was wrong with it. They looked and found the problem quickly & fixed it! So relieved they were able to help me on the spur of the moment! Great shop and the nicest gentlemen! Very grateful to have them in our town! “This is probably the best experience I have had at an Auto Parts store. I typically go to Auto Zone because of the customer service and I have rewards there but I didn't really feel like having to drive all the way back into Norman from where I lived. So, I decided to try this location of O'Reilly's since it's closer to home and my cashier Dave went above and beyond. I went in for headlights because I discovered the day prior that one of them had went out. And I didn't want to play a game of chance with the cops, so I had asked if they were able to change it out for me or if they knew anyone in Noble that would change out headlights and Dave changed out both of my headlights and gave me the one that still had some life in it, in case something were to happen to my new ones. I love AutoZone, but I am most definitely going to be coming back to this location for my next car need. He deserves a raise!!!
