Marshall and Mitch do excellent work, great communication, and great people. I drove from Piedmont to Shawnee to have them repair my truck because I heard good things about them and it was well worth the drive. “My husband needed to replace his 15 year old sedan. He wanted something bigger and more comfortable, so we looked at Jeep Cherokees on several dealer sites. After a disastrous attempt to buy the vehicle from David Stanley, they refused to sell us the vehicle we asked about and the vehicle they tried to switch us to, which ran out of gas on the test drive because we complained - so, we called Joe Cooper CJDR. They had a similar vehicle, they got us financed at a great rate. Tristan even made sure the tank on the vehicle was filled before we arrived for a test drive. When I need a car in about 5 years, I'll shop Joe Cooper first.”

“Five Stars!!! Yesterday was insanely stressful with the holiday. Drove around & around and couldn’t find a space. Finally parked in automotive parking at back left of building. As soon as I got inside I was greeted by Kayla behind the counter. I asked her the best way to get the things I needed and she was so informative. My trip in store was quicker than finding a parking spot outside. Kayla was very busy but gladly checked me out at her counter.”

“Replaced my battery here. Friendly as ever and great quick service for a walk in. 15-20min and I was back on the road. the price did feel a bit steep but can't be 100% as I did not seek a 2nd opinion. I have heard in the past that my battery wasnt exactly standard and ran a bit more and this could of contributed to what I considered inflated cost. Overall, kick a** job. Would do it again.”
