“Replaced my battery here. Friendly as ever and great quick service for a walk in. 15-20min and I was back on the road. the price did feel a bit steep but can't be 100% as I did not seek a 2nd opinion. I have heard in the past that my battery wasnt exactly standard and ran a bit more and this could of contributed to what I considered inflated cost. Overall, kick a** job. Would do it again.”

“I always use the self service car wash here as I like the convenience of the options of coin or electronic card for payment. This business always maintains the wash bays and equipment to excellent standards.”

“When I dropped my car off, it had quite a lot of small and big hail dents . Just got it back yesterday, and it looks like a brand new car ! Mitch and Marshall did a great job ! They dealt with the insurance company and reallly took care of me . A couple of great businessmen ! I have taken a few vehicles to them over the years and same great service over and over !”

“I had a GREAT experience with Roger, & Floyd, at Five Star! I dropped my truck off for brake repair and not only did they repair the brakes, but they took initiative to troubleshoot another issue (vacuum hoses leaking and O2 sensor), and quoted the price to me verbally for repair approval. Quick repairs too! They recently moved to a new location near McArthur rd & Hwy 177 in Shawnee. They went above & beyond my expectations and I hope this review helps you to choose them. Highly recommend ? ? ? ? ?!”

“The most honest reliable mechanic I've ever came across!! I take all my vehicles here every time & know almost all parts he buys have lifetime warranty & his work is guaranteed for a certain amount of time also. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Saved my mother over $2000 as she was getting scammed by Joe Cooper. THANK YOU TYLER!”

“This place is honest, do you need anything more? I took them an overheating Honda, I self diagnosed it as needing the radiator fan replaced. The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find I diagnosed the issue incorrectly and they charged me $70 to fix the issue. I was so happy I wanted to get on here and give them some praise for their honesty. Good work!”

“I had a vehicle that was draining and ruining batteries. I took the vehicle to this shop and the mechanic had run into the problem on my year and model before. He told me exactly what was wrong and it was a quick and easy fix.”

“We had excellent service. This was our first car inspection in Shawnee and Derick Bales was awesome. The dealership found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and it increased the wait but they went across town to get our part. All of the staff salesman went above and beyond to help us out!!”

“Nathan Bray made buying my new Bronco Sport a very positive experience. He listened to me about what I was looking for and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He was very easy to work with and seems to really enjoy his job and working with the customers. Definitely recommend!”

“My husband needed to replace his 15 year old sedan. He wanted something bigger and more comfortable, so we looked at Jeep Cherokees on several dealer sites. After a disastrous attempt to buy the vehicle from David Stanley, they refused to sell us the vehicle we asked about and the vehicle they tried to switch us to, which ran out of gas on the test drive because we complained - so, we called Joe Cooper CJDR. They had a similar vehicle, they got us financed at a great rate. Tristan even made sure the tank on the vehicle was filled before we arrived for a test drive. When I need a car in about 5 years, I'll shop Joe Cooper first.”

“Never crowded, haven't had to wait for more than 2-3 cars before me and that's on a weekend, if I go during the week never a line. Only complaint, I wish their drying/ vacuum area had more shade, at best it only cover 50% of your car”

“Stopped by to charge up on my first road trip in my Lyriq. I was greeted by a wave from two team members driving by in a golf cart. As I pulled up to the station, Julian walked right out to help me. That's the type of service I have come to expect as a 20+ year Cadillac loyalist. Great dealership!”

“Went in to buy a battery for my old Toyota 4x4. All the usual suspects (AutoZone, Advanced, NAPA...) all wanted $120 or more. A quick Google search led me to Wal-Mart, which had the battery I needed, IN stock for 59 bucks (with the core), that's my kind of pricing! I even bought a replacement battery clamp. All for close to 50 bucks less than "the other guys". Car batteries aren't rocket science, basic lead acid batteries have been around since they put batteries in cars so I really didn't want to spend 130 bucks on something that has 3 parts, none of which are made from anything rare or complicated. So, if you need a basic battery, I recommend checking what Wal-Mart has in stock and maybe save yourself a few bucks for gas.”
