“Everything about this location is awesome especially the staff and how quick they are and how friendly they are my only issue is if you call the number you are not directly connected to the branch so whoever answers you doesn't actually know what's going on and you get very confused very quickly why can you not call the actual bank itself why can you not speak to the people who were actually helping you”

“Edit:: i was so unhappy and about to change banks until Igot ahold of Mr. D***el Titsworth in Choctaw. He took such good care of me and is the sole reason I decided to stay with FNB community. I hope yall know what a valuable asset to yall that he is!I have several accounts with them. Constantly locking my debit card for "fraud alert" over a $5 dollar auto pay I have set up or a Walmart purchase or at McDonald's. So frustrating and when call they say it's fixed so I go online to make the payment manually and again declined. So frustrating!!!!”
