“I recently had a tragedy in my life .
I have had things in my life get turned upside down . I walked into Navy Federal Credit Union in MWC Saturday 6/7/25 at 11:55 am . They had a full business
Every teller with customers and several in line . Seven people seated waiting for customer service for loans or assistance . I watched behind some kind folks getting checked in . I noticed how friendly ALL TELLERS were to all the customers . A lady I would guess is on the higher side of 80 years old in a walker was being assisted from a pretty young lady of ethnic features but the best feature was her kindness and smile . A smile is worth more than money can buy. And her patience she showed the lady was just heart warming . And I noticed how pleasant everyone’s smile and demeanor was . The lady at the greeting counter had a beautiful smile and warm voice as she guided a couple to the Navy Federal Credit Union app as it was a more efficient way to handle their request .
I could not help but notice her eyes and smile seemed so genuine . At that point the elderly lady was in a walker and headed towards the front door and she politely excused herself to open the door and blessings as the elderly left . She then came back and asked how she could assist . And as I explained what my need was and why she patiently listened and showed concern and asked me if she could give me a hug . I almost collapsed with the cross I was bearing and I really needed that hug at that time ( Jesus makes no mistakes and gives us what we need at all times in our life ) . She got me a tissue and as a business owner or partner I couldn’t think of how proud the manager of that branch would be with every single employee representing their credit union with such great employees and kindness . I really wanted to leave the manager a note of appreciation because this was a clearly a very well managed business . As asked her for the managers name and she stated it was her Leah . Wow, Leah is such a wonderful kind professional manager and every employee I watched are a direct reflection of Leah’s leadership in every aspect . She introduced me to Stacy who was every bit as kind , patient and was just incredible as she took care of me as if I was the President of the Credit Union .
Stayed late to accomplish what I needed to assist me and my 3 girls and son , two sets of twins ages 4 and 6 . I’m 63 . They are all I have left and I can see Navy Fed was beyond kind and helpful .
Everyone needs to know how well managed this branch is .
On a sale of 1-5 it is a 1000.
Leah and Stacy and her entire staff should be commended for their over the top kindness , considerate love they showed every member and no one more than myself .

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this bank. They went above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation caused by a machine error. Even though it technically wasn’t their responsibility to resolve, they never passed the buck.
While customer service and the claims/disputes department from the other party failed to provide any real help, my bank stepped up in a big way. They stayed in constant contact with me, fixed the issue multiple times, and did everything they could to make things right. They even reached out to other departments and third parties on my behalf—just to ensure the problem was fully resolved.
This kind of commitment and care is rare. It’s clear they truly value their clients and will go the extra mile when it matters most. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and won’t forget how they handled everything with such professionalism and compassion.”

I hope yall know what a valuable asset to yall that he is!I have several accounts with them. Constantly locking my debit card for "fraud alert" over a $5 dollar auto pay I have set up or a Walmart purchase or at McDonald's. So frustrating and when call they say it's fixed so I go online to make the payment manually and again declined. So frustrating!!!!”
