“Never in my life have I had an enjoyable experience in a Lowe's. When I found out that I needed a new lawn mower I was dreading having to come here and purchase one. When I got here I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service and help I was greeted with. The staff here helped me when I rang up the wrong lawnmower and even got on the lift to get the right one. Jess especially was great and helped me find the most cost efficient one for my budget. She was incredibly knowledgeable about her work and spend a lot of time comparing lawnmowers without pushing us a certain way. Heaven at the register was very soft spoken and understanding when we rang up the wrong items. She made us laugh while working with us after we became frustrated. She was very well trained with working with long lines and had very strong customer service.”
