Made a horrible mistake and signed up with Visible Verizon, wound up with a bricked phone. Went into this store and was greeted by Ryan who told me Visible was a separate company. Long story short he got my phone working quickly and then helped me set it up with the real Verizon. Outstanding service. Thank you Ryan.
