“Micah helped both my sister and I with upgrades, getting our coupons processed, monthly billing, new covers, chargers, and phone protectors as well as insurance for them. Micah also helped transfer all data to the new phone so that it was fully functional before leaving the store. Service provided definitely exceeded my expectations. And application of the AARP discounts were appreciated.”
“For about 7 months I’ve dealt with an issue with Verizon trying to return a HomeKit after numerous calls and time wasted with no results I was at my wits end I had no other choice but to go to Verizon store for assistance when I was told I couldn’t by customer service reps on the phones! When I arrived things seemed to be the same outcome then an angel by the name of Jennifer was relentless and did not give up on helping she figured out how to take my HomeKit back which no over the phone reps could help she went above and beyond for me so after dealing with that for 4 hrs the manager DeAndra helped wave some fee that they tried to make me pay due to their mess up! I’ve finally got a 7 month long issue resolved with the help of these two ladies, customer service at its finest. These ladies deserve more than 5 stars thank you Jennifer and DeAndra.”
“Angela is such a wonderful person! Often times, I find myself a little embarrassed about my financial struggle, and when I first went into Cashland, I thought I would be judged, or made to feel embarrassed. But Angela treats everyone so well! I’ve never seen her have a bad day! She’s always pouring encouragement into me and everyone around her! She’s very knowledgeable about the duties and procedures, but she also puts a family style approach to her leadership! That is big! I’m honestly blessed to know Angela! Her words of encouragement aren’t just great qualities, but they are dire in a world where violence and hate are the norms! Thank you for sharing Angela with us! I love Betty also when she was there.”
“Will and Jarrod (spell check?) were super friendly and helpful. I’ve had an issue with my cellular plan on my Apple watch and had to go to Verizon two days in a row. Both times, Will was extremely helpful and patient and did what he could to help resolve my issue! I’ve never had any negative encounters with anyone at this location. 5 stars :)
**Edited to add that I had contacted Verizon support via phone and text and kept getting passed off to other technicians and half of the time they couldn’t understand what I was explaining. Going to resolve in person has yielded much more success than my several attempts to use online/over the phone support.”

“Let me start by saying I am leaving this review based on the employee working here most of the time. JASON IS ONE OF A KIND. This guy works with integrity and generosity everytime. He helps and is honest when it comes to anything from new service to a simple tech prob. He should get a special title and salary for what we always see him doing for customers. I never see anyone else bother to do so much. He goes above and beyod. He also kindly greets instead of ignoring customers. Most important, he is not scamming like so many others. There are a few of us I know will not go in if he is not working. Metro seems to be really suspicious and scamming many friends have given me scary stories and the false advertising is off the chain. Metro needs to tighten up and people should take some humanity tips from this guy!”
“Darnell was extremely helpful during my visit yesterday . Even though I was in a rush and probably not the most patient customer, he stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, was honest about the entire process of getting a new phone with and without trade -in, and made sure I understood my options. He also offered to help with setup if I needed it, which I really appreciated. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service all around.”

“Second visit at this store in six months, for issues with my wife's phone. We were so lucky to have Devin Biaz a a customer Service rep. Devin quickly resolved the problem. He then went out of his way to review our account and found that we were eligible for two new phones with $700 credit each AND we were able to keep our old phones. He hooked us up with two new Samsung S-25 FEs. He then told us that the plan we were on was really old and he was able to get us on a new plan that gave us better options AND reduced our monthly bill by $20. I can't say enough positive things about Devin's customer service. Now I not only have Princy, Joey, but Devin too as go to Verizon store reps. There is NO other reason to visit ANY other cell phone store in the OKC metroplex. Cellular Sales is the BEST!!!”
