“Friendly people and one of a kind customer service!! I was initially sent here by an acquaintance. It has been the best experience in banking I have ever had. I have two accounts here and let me tell you that these people are all wonderful. From the General Manager Michael to all of the wonderful employees they have always taken care of me! A special shout out to Rosie who is not only extremely friendly and personable but even made efforts to cheer me up and encourage me when I went through a difficult situation in my personal life. I’m telling you these people are amazing! The place is always spotless and not a single thing out of place. They also have complementary bottled water and coffee. Also, for people who save change you can cash in your change for free long as you have an account with them. Which by the way is extremely easy to open and the process is smooth and quick. I would highly recommend this BancFirst location as the customer service here is truly one of a kind!!!”

“We have had an account here for hmmm 40+ years. We opened the account here when we were transferred to Tinker AFB from an east coast base in mid 1970's. It was like we went from impersonal to personal overnight! The way they greet and treat you still makes one think of a "small community" establishment. Yes, we have accounts at other banks in this area but neither of the other two offer the service that FNB does. Just recently I went from "we to I" and FNB has been supportive and sensitive to my loss. FNB cashes the checks and the amount shows up in my account instantly (even with large amounts) I can write checks on that amount the same day. Whereas on the other banks, the monies are held --up to several days before the amount is credited to the account and checks written against that amount . Service with a smile and friendly atmosphere is really a plus factor. Highly recommend!”
“I was looking for a used car so I went to see about a loan at TFCU. Heather went over my options and had me set to go shopping. I switched gears and decided to go with a personal loan to fix my existing car by replacing the motor. Heather worked up the numbers and said let her know when I was ready. So I emailed her last night because I found a real a reasonably priced car at the last minute. This morning I sent the Vin and she again did the paperwork for this transaction. She never complained and was very professional. While I watched Heather meticulously go over the paper work and scrutinize everything, I thought, “I’m grateful to have a professional like Heather to make sure everything was in order”. The individual I was buying the car from in my opinion was rude and demanding at times. Heather was pleasant accommodating his requests, his own son also made comments about him being demanding. Heather did an excellent job as I obviously changed directions several times. I would highly recommend TFCU and especially seeing Heather for a hassle free loan. I believe I will be a lifelong customer.”
