“Last week, was a wild one - slab leak, water heater going out, and then car running and turn lights decide to break right when I start my lunch break - thankfully I pulled into O'Reilly's here and Kasey was on duty to help me out - I know how to change the dang thing and have done so many times on all the other lights, but the turn signal one, driver-side, was miserably right in front of the battery. Kasey helped me out big time, helped disconnect the battery and we got it all swapped out while I was still on lunch - SAVED. THE. DAY. I didn't have any of the tools with me to do it myself, nor the battery removal grips - anything like that, and Kasey came through in a major way while I was already having a tough week. It was very appreciated and man that is some crazy-good customer service. Thanks many times over, Kasey!”

“What wonderful wonderful people I'm 64 years old and was losing oil my oil pressure was 18 I asked if maybe the oil filter wasn't tightened because my son had changed my oil Kmart stood over me and showed me how to check and that's what it was about my oil and I thank God for the people at AutoZone truly amazing it's 7:43 in the evening on March the 18th I'm thinking this is your store manager”
