“Today was a very good day at Sam's club. I've had some issues before with my app not working correctly and today I had my hard copy of my card and it seemed to work but they had trouble doing a verification on my ID. Samantha came to the rescue which was wonderful + I had a guy named Nick help me load all my salt bags which was especially appreciated.”

“My experience with the CVS pharmacy on Southwest 19th street in Moore, OK have always been great experiences because the pharmacist and her staff always treat me with respect and genuine concern for my well being. I am always greeted with a friendly smile.

Plus I cannot recall a time that the pharmacist hasn’t remembered me by name. With all the customers that come and go in her store, I am pleasantly surprised that she remembers me by name. I go only once a month for my prescriptions, so her remembering me means a lot. It has been a long while since there were any issues regarding my prescriptions. The only issue I have had in the past, was whether or not my medicine was “in stock” at the time this CVS got the order from my provider. When this happened, more than a year ago - it’s been closer to 2 years ago when I had an issue at this CVS location, this pharmacist was in constant contact me with all updates as they appeared for the order. Things were well taken care of in a timely manner. If anyone ever asks me about where to get prescriptions filled, I will, in a heartbeat, tell them to go to this pharmacy. No other pharmacy including other CVS locations, offer the superb customer service I get using this CVS location.

I used to use a different pharmacy, but switched to CVS because my health insurance preferred I use CVS. I chose a CVS location closer to my home. But during the last 6 or 7 years ago after switching to CVS, I began running into problems of getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve ran into needing more healthcare including needing monthly prescriptions for various reasons. I’ve set up my recurring prescriptions on the “auto-refill” so I do not run out of medications before they are refilled. For the most part, I use the CVS app on my phone to manage my prescriptions. I enjoy using apps on my phone to do most if not all of my monthly transactions. Over the years, CVS has updated its app to cover managing prescriptions and it has been enhancing its online CVS store shopping. When I use the CVS app, I only use it for prescription management. Generally speaking, the CVS app does a decent job with prescription management. I do not have any issues with that.

It is when something else occurs incorrectly with a prescription, that it is extremely difficult to resolve. One cannot get to a person on the phone to correct something that went wrong. The phone system is set up to resolve issues within that system. But options that are outside the scope or capability of a “phone system” are impossible to reach. When I cannot reach a solution on the phone, my only option is to go in person. I have noticed that most, if not all, CVS locations are severely understaffed. So going in person is extremely difficult for all those involved to resolve an issue - the pharmacists, the pharmacy technicians, other CVS employees (that have to come over to the pharmacy counter from their assigned workplace post), to me (the customer), and for all the other CVS customers - those in the store, those behind me in the pharmacy counter line, those customers in the drive-thru line and those customers waiting on the phone lines. Something needs to be done to improve customer service when it comes to getting help on things that occur which are outside the realm of the existing CVS app and telephone customer service procedures.

Please read the first 2 paragraphs in this review and keep it in mind when reading the rest, because the exceptional service I always receive at 720 SW 19th Street, Moore, OK 73160 is an example of how an individual location and especially its staff does overcome a system that needs to be improved. I do not know how to fix a system that doesn’t have an option for its customers to go through when issues come about that are outside its current capabilities. Thank you.”

“I recently visited sam’s Club in Moore and left my phone in the cart . I asked at member services if it was there and also shared with the checkout person kara I had just lost my phone. She tried to be very helpful and I left the store. After getting to my car, I felt impressed to go back inside and wait to see if the phone got turned in and met Kara coming out the door with the phone! So thankful for her helpful attitude! What a blessing!”

Very prompt getting a prior authorization the same day, where it took my previous pharmacy much longer. Sonice to see people that are upbeat and happy with their job! Well done ladies!”

“Lori helped me today. She was so sweet! She checked out everything to see if they had what I needed. She had to repeat almost everything because I was hard of hearing. Not once did she get or seem to be annoyed with me. I truly appreciated that! She was on the phone when I walked up to the counter. I thought that was very good to see. I hope she stays and that people are kind to her. She doesn't have the easiest job. Oh, I almost forgot, she saved me a few dollars, too!”
