“The store is good, but the person in the meat department was not helpful at all. And having to stand in line to pay with cash is ridiculous when the self checkouts are empty”
“I’ve been a customer of Thunder Drug for about 6 years. They take exceptional care of my family and all of our prescriptions. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting our prescriptions and for the best price anywhere.They deliver medications for free, which is helpful and they even offer to compound certain medications, saving us even more money. I never feel like just a “number” like at a big box chain pharmacy, because they treat everyone with genuine kindness. I’ll never go back to Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS. I wish they were open a bit later on Saturdays or open on Sundays, but I understand the need for time with family. Thank you, Thunder Drug for caring for our family!”
“Pretty good service today from both Norman and Shawnee Walmart. The tech at Shawnee Walmart went above and beyond. The manufacturer was out of the medicine he needs. When he saw that he found some at the Norman location. He told me this and I told him to go ahead that's not too far to go. Good job both locations!”

“I’ve been using this pharmacy weekly since having brain tumor removed about 5 months ago & I’m very grateful to have found this place. My overall experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. I mean basically every employee is very friendly & incredibly helpful. Also they’ve been very understanding of my unique situation & genuinely supportive of my recovery.Unfortunately, after so many positive experiences there I recently had a negative experience with ONE employee. The interaction was very confrontational & dismissive of my situation being unique & difficult. It left me so embarrassed, confused & upset that I felt I could never go back there again.However, I did go back & I’m honestly very happy I did b/ after picking up a prescription in the drive thru an employee actually came outside & waved me down to apologize, but she didn’t just apologize. She was visibly concerned about me & how the experience had affected me. I was absolutely shocked by how concerned she was about me. She clearly cares deeply about her customers & their experience. I truly appreciated her actions & kindness.So now I just want to make it clear you’ve absolutely fixed the situation with me. I’ll recommend Doctors Park Pharmacy now more than prior to the negative experience b/ of how much they cared about fixing things with me… & I’m just one customer. Thank you everything.”
“I love Walmart Pharmacy. They fill my orders (which are many) pretty quick and send me a text when it's ready slong with the cost. The techs and pharmacists are always so friendly, often welcoming me by name. If the price seems s bit high on a prescription, they try and check other options such as GoodRx or whatever other options they might think of. They often save me money on some of my meds. Sometimes they will call the doctor with an alternate substitute. I have been going there since they opened and would highly recommend Walmart Pharmacy for filling your needed prescriptions.”

“Drive thru is a plus. Tv monitor microphone is clear, no problems hearing the clerk, no problems with clerk hearing you. I've never encountered a problem with my prescriptions here. If there's a line at all, it's usually short. There is a bit of a problem with potholes in the parking lot but not too hard to navigate.”

“Flu season is in full effect, just come here and you will see the hordes of people both inside and in the drive thru seeking help.
Tijay, the Pharmacy Technician, is the calm in the storm. Never have I seen someone so organized, kind, and efficient. He kept the never ending cycle of people moving. He had a system that worked perfectly and systematically. Even with the hordes of people his customer service never suffered for it. He is amazing! I was sure I would be waiting forever for my child’s meds but managed to get in and out in 40 minutes after coming directly from my doctor. That may seem like a long time, but with a parking lot jam packed and a line wrapped around the building and a line stretching down the aisle, I was sure such a quick end was impossible. Thank you, Tijay for being awesome!”
