“Had a great experience overall. Came in to renew my passport and Ms. Gail was extremely helpful. There was atleast 3 or 4 customers in there and she was extremely efficient and effective in helping all of us in a timely manner. I have never been in a line that has moved so quickly and accurately in USPS. Ms. Gail was also very knowledgeable about all products. Great experience over all 10/10.”

I’ve never had such a great experience at the post office. Waiting in line, I could listen to how friendly and helpful all the staff was to all the customers.”
“Considering this is a place that deals with difficult customers, which normally aggravate the employees to the point where they start firing back. The staff here handles the mountain of flak that everyone gives them well and they do their best to maintain poise.”

“The man behind the counter was very helpful! Sadly, I mailed a 5 lb. box worth less than $20.00, & 1 sheet of international stamps, to a missionary in Peru for $114.00.
FedEx does not ship internationally anymore so I gotta figure something else out for a Christmas box!!!”

“A lot of people make fun of the post office, and tell jokes about it, but really, it is the best Postal Service in the entire world. Where else can you get a letter or card, from coast to coast for about $0.50? And yes, they have slowed down over the years, but just remember that since I have been on this Earth the population has doubled and the amount of mail going out has probably quadrupled. I think they do a pretty darn good job.”

“The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which makes the experience pleasant. I appreciate the convenience of being able to tap my student ID to check for any packages that may be ready for pickup. Additionally, the availability of carts for borrowing is a great feature for transporting larger packages; however, it’s important to remember to return them within the designated time to avoid any charges. One area for improvement would be to address the often lengthy lines at the SPO, which can sometimes extend outside the entrance. Either expanding the facility or increasing the number of employees during peak times could help streamline the process for everyone.”
“First, the girl working the counter was very pretty, polite, and professional. She brought my complaint to her supervisor who was also very thorough and respectful. They addressed my issue and got what I needed done. The postal carrier made a mistake and the issue was corrected. The details aren't important. Bottom line, the mistake was promptly corrected which is well enough for me.”

“I am thankful to the package handler Cliff for all the work he does on my street/his route. He makes a point to ring on the doorbell when delivering a package (which I super appreciate! Nothing infuriates me more than waiting by the door all day only to hear no knock, no ring, and to find a pink slip!). It's something small, but I'm thankful for it.
