“This place is the best!!!!! I had my oil changed before I left Chicago and noticed a leak and am so glad I stopped here. They fixed it for me (Chicago garage did not put the drain plug on correctly; they replaced it and were able to catch the oil so I didn’t have to have another oil change.) They also did not charge me. You just don’t get customer service e like that anymore. Thank you Quality One!!!! ???”
“Great service and very nice employees. I thought had an issue after getting a front end alignment there in the morning. Went back a couple hours later and they graciously rechecked the car. The problem was my tires were bad. They swapped the front 2 tires around for me to make the issue less of a problem while driving, until I can get new tires. They were very considerate. I appreciate the great customer service.

As a seasoned engineer with a keen eye for detail, I rarely find myself impressed by automotive shops, but this establishment truly surpassed all my expectations. I brought my prized show car in, expecting a minor fix, but I was greeted with a level of expertise and professionalism that instantly put me at ease.
The issues were significant: a coolant leak, poor build quality in aftermarket headers, belts constantly being thrown from misaligned pulleys, and haphazardly wired connections without heat shrink protection—yet Nick addressed each with remarkable precision.
The coolant leak was tracked down and repaired without hesitation. It was obvious that Nick and his team thoroughly assessed the cooling system and made sure every joint and hose was secure, eliminating the issue completely.
The headers, a piece I’d longed for but now realized didn’t align with the necessary specifications, were reworked to accommodate the correct thickness of header gaskets. I was initially skeptical, but the craftsmanship here was impeccable. Not a single detail was overlooked, and the result speaks for itself—perfect fitment and no compromise on performance.
As for the pulleys, the shop’s attention to detail was unparalleled. The belts are now aligned precisely, and I no longer have to worry about those pesky belts being thrown off at high revs.
Lastly, wiring under the hood, a task too often left to half measures, was restructured and properly heat-shrunk. It’s this kind of thoroughness that differentiates a shop from the rest—ensuring longevity and reliability in every part of the build.
In summary, this shop is a rare find. It’s not often that one comes across a team capable of identifying and rectifying the nuanced issues that are often overlooked in show cars. Their attention to detail is not only exceptional but demonstrates a deep understanding of automotive engineering. I highly recommend their services for anyone serious about quality work.”

“I will only take my vehicles to DnR. They're quality of work is far above any other shop I have been to. Sometimes it's kind of difficult to get your car in but that's only because they have a lot of customers. They really know what they're doing and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I made the mistake of taking my car to someone else and ended up having to take it in to DnR to have them fix everything that the other place did wrong. I will never make that mistake again. I was having trouble with my power steering pump so I called to see if they could look at it. Took my car ASAP, they figured out was wrong in just a few minutes, made a couple of adjustments and was on my way in less than ten minutes, didn't even charge me. Hands down the best and only place anyone should take their vehicle.”

“Joel Lewis here. My wife’s 2011 Honda Odyssey had a bad ignition coil, which I replaced myself, but the spark plug was a different story. Too hard to reach without the right tools. Mayes Auto personally towed the van from a town over and took care of the repair quickly.
Between the tow and the service, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was. The process was fast, smooth, and took a lot of stress off my plate being a sole provider of a family of 6.
I was referred to Steve Mayes by a friend since my usual mechanic was booked out a month, and now I know why. Mayes Auto was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I’ve found my new go-to mechanic.
