I was very impressed with Caitlynn Henry (sales rep), the sales manager, and the finance manager. They took the time to answer all my questions in a professional and concise manner, while also helping me to explorer all of my options. A very positive experience all the way around.

Love bringing my car to Jay Hodge. Wes is always a joy to see. He is very polite and always on top of things. Will always come back.

I experienced good customer service. However, they reported higher miles to carfax than my truck has on it, so not 5 stars.
