“It was a brief, but good visit to Mustang Automotive. I was in OKC for business and noticed my car was making noise from the undercarriage. I didn't have much time to get this looked at nor could I leave at a shop because I had to get back home in Texas.
When I brought the car in they got it up on the rack for me and let me know me know what the problem was. They did this for free. While they weren't able to repair it due to my time constraint, they were able to give me piece of mind in letting me know I would be alright driving it back to Texas.
I appreciate the prompt service and professional courtesy of looking at my car and treating me well. It reminds me of years back where trust was a factor in business dealings such as these.

“I was helped as soon as I walked in. I had a nail in a tire that needed to be fixed and another tire had a small gouge in the sidewall. After looking the tires over (which had about 70% tread left), it was determined that the tire with the gouge was not leaking and probably mainly cosmetic. The other tire was fixed, and they didn't try to pressure me into a new tire for the gouged one just to make a sale.”
