“Using the Lowe's app is convenient but it is also disappointing when it comes to products, when ordered in the app , it shows there is inventory but not until the following day then a message is sent stating order is ready for pickup but we don't have One of your items, that's frustrating because I could have picked up what I needed the day before when there was a store near by , by morning I'm 40 miles away. They need to have real time inventory for the store items are ordered from and also the app need the option allow you to exchange an item rather than cancel it and have to wait 5 days for credit back . In regards to the Mustang, Ok store, employees are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ruby was helping me last and her people's service skills exceeded my expectations she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and was simply amazing. She was the cashier that checked me out and For that a 5 star is well deserved.”

“Friend/Coworkers daughter's Softball Team had a Hotdog fundraiser here. Great turnout for the girls/team. Acting Manager was helpful...but, didn't seem to have much knowledge on how to do their fundraiser events. All in all great for the girls and that's what was important.”

“We bought some beautiful cloudy mist quartz from L &L Kitchen and Bath. Today it was installed by Leo, Luis, and Cesar. We were amazing how fast and perfect things went. Our installers were polite and friendly. They did a great job cleaning afterwards and hauled off the old countertops. Thank you L & L Kitchen and Bath from taking my kitchen from boring to amazing.”

“Best place to buy just about anything and everything for your home or rental property. Everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile no matter what it is. The young lady behind the counter did the impossible and dug up a receipt that I had given up on finding myself. She went back almost 60 days and found a cash receipt for me. Great effort and diligence because there was no CC or debit card numbers to use a computer to search. She did it without being put out over it. I really appreciate everyone there. Just great all around people.”
