The TS In Piedmont has some of the nicest, helpful employees that are always willing to answer questions , suggest similar or new merchandise and help me with heavy items I want. They even help me load it up!! I don’t know what I’d do without them. Gary used to deliver some of my things and he was always kind, quick and professional. I wish the store still delivered locally!!!”
“It's a discount store for household/garage/do-it-yourself people. Sure some items are built cheap, but the price is to match. While I've had my fair share of underwhelming products here, surprisingly enough there are some really good products as well. The best way to shop here is to sign up for their coupons, membership and buy during big sales events. Budget friendly, website gives you locations for products, staff is friendly, easy in and out service.”
“Love this place, It's been my go to since I started turning pens in middle school. My first set of chisels was from one of the gentlemen working there about five or six years ago. Looking around there is like being a kid in Disney world. Sure, prices are pretty steep, but the staff is great and attentive and they have pretty much any thing you could need. “Went in got sand paper , asked about how people got buckets for free for them to try to tell me about being an itc member which is $30 for 1 year or $45 for 2 years . So you aren’t getting things for free you are basically paying for the items and harbor freight is making a profit off most itc users”

“Best place to buy just about anything and everything for your home or rental property. Everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile no matter what it is. The young lady behind the counter did the impossible and dug up a receipt that I had given up on finding myself. She went back almost 60 days and found a cash receipt for me. Great effort and diligence because there was no CC or debit card numbers to use a computer to search. She did it without being put out over it. I really appreciate everyone there. Just great all around people.”

If they don't have what u need, they will get it there fast. Pricng is about equal to Amazon prices without having to wait for delivery. So prices could be better.
