“Teresa and Chirl are amazing! You can tell they truly love their job and are so willing to help in any way needed. They’re both very friendly and I couldn’t recommend this place more for your storage needs. Clean, quiet, and reliable.”

“Amazing customer service from Jennifer Malanca. I greatly appreciate that she went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of a notice that went out in the mail (that I never received). To make the call and remind me prior to the new effective date makes me feel that I am a valued customer.”
“I had a great experience with Tammy! She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She made everything easy and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate her help and would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and reliable place to store their belongings!”

“Priscilla is a great example of how customer service should be done. Great personality and a welcome in this day and age where it’s all about the company rather than the customer. Having owned my own companies, that’s why I was successful.”
