“Sue is a wonderful manager. She's thoughtful, helpful, and cares for all the people she interacts with. She has everyone's interests in mind as she works with you. I'm sure there are times that she has to remind some people of the company rules, but she is a very patient person. I think she enjoys helping keep many animals fed, safe, and protected at the facility. There have many other managers at this facility, but Sue tops the list. She gets our five stars!”
“I owe this review after the morning I had. I know my way around vehicles, but the gentlemen who inspected me for towing discovered an issue with my hitch rating that I was actually unaware of.
I was disappointed to have to go find a new hitch, and I’m sure he could sense my frustration.
At the end of the day, this gentleman was absolutely correct and he made our roads and our families safer by sticking to his guns today. Outstanding service! And they know their stuff!”

“Kevin is just awesome,! He's nice, respectful, actually friendly, and very helpful! He's got a great personality & attitude. I have been a customer for a couple years now. I loathed dealing with them (no not b/c I didn't want to pay my bill). It was the people and the way they operated. Especially the woman she was super unprofessional to say the least.
Hiring Kevin was pretty much a God send compared to prior. He needs to be employee of the month.

We love her upbeat attitude, me & my wife both agree that this office has been turned from upside down (old management) to right side up (with the new management) Ms. Jessica is 100% making this facility better, not only cosmetically by getting it cleaned up from previous management but also bringing a new vibrant, fresh breath of air attitude! Oklahomans in the area need to check this place out, I can assure you she will take good care of you. Professional, Courteous, and very Caring for her customers.
