“We spent a month trying to get my sons car to start, replacing the battery and starter at another shop just to be told it was the transmission. Looked up Roy's on Google, had it towed there and it only took Steven a couple of days to have it running and it wasn't any of those things, no transmission issues either..it ended up being a connection that they didn't even really have to fix and could have easily told us to tow it to a regular shop but instead they took the time and fixed it...and then charged a more than fair price. Will never use another transmission shop.”

She has a 12 hour road trip planned soon and I was afraid she might have to cancel. I reached out to Ranchwood Auto Works, Ryan had me drop the car off at noon today. “Jeep or not if you have a 4x4 that needs an alignment, these are your guys. They told me what I needed to do in order to align my ‘15 Ram after I upgrade my upper control arms. My truck was in and out within the same day!”
“Geoff and his team at Sooner Muffler was able to take care of our Jeep's issues same day, for a reasonable cost! Story below.1200 miles into a 5000 mile road trip our 2016 Jeep Patriot with 206k miles started acting up. An area Jeep dealer diagnosed a faulty catalytic converter, but wasn't able to get a replacement for 5-10 days. Stopping at Sooner Muffler around 10:30 AM Geoff was confident he could get the part in and installed same day, contingent on no bolts breaking in the engine block, at a cost just slightly above half of what the dealer estimated. Around 3 PM they had the install done, old part was visibly cracked, but the Jeep still had driveability issues. Further test driving finally discovered a bad ignition coil on plug. Being an easy part to install I decided to replace all four of them myself and Geoff was awesome enough to have the factory Jeep parts brought in for me same day at a price $10 lower than what the dealer charges for them.Now our Jeep is running great again!”

“My daughter was complaining about her alignment. We have had great service and experiences with multiple vehicles at Ranchwood in the past so I called to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day. After looking the car over, they found that the struts were bad (making an alignment worthless) and that the rear brakes were also below specs. I had them replace the struts, brakes and two tires (the other two were new) and couldn't have been more pleased. My daughter was blown away by how differently the car drives and I'm thankful that she's safer now! The price was exceptionally reasonable and I am glad we have somewhere that we can trust to treat us right and do the job right the first time.”
