“I was completely satisfied with the work, customer service and timeline for repairs. A 5 star review was earned until a representative ask me to lie about my experience. While I did need to return the vehicle for a rework due to all the safety features on my vehicle. The customer service and quality of work were top notch. I completely understood the need to return my vehicle and appreciated that they even covered the rental because it had to be returned. But, when making arrangements to exchange the vehicles at my place of employment, the rental car needed a couple gallons of gas to top the tank so it would be returned with a full tank, avoiding the need to pay charges for gas through the rental company. When this was relaid to the representative, he proceeded to tell me if I gave him a 100%, all 10’s and that the vehicle was finished on time and did not need a rework, he would put gas in he tank. I took serious offense to that approach to resolve the issue at hand. While they did cover the cost of gas at the time, I returned the next day when my schedule permitted and gave them more than enough cash to cover the gas purchased and informed the manager of the representative’s proposal.
While I still would not hesitate to recommend their professional services and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if there Services’s are needed. I did not appreciate the representatives attempt at bribery to make himself look good. While he did not earn my respect or business. The company he works for and his managers willingness to go above and beyond for me (his client) did!

“I can't say enough good things about AMR and their customer service. I popped a tire on the way home from work (couldn't avoid a decent sized rock) and was lucky enough to see AMR just down the street. I pulled in and asked if they could put my spare on for me so I could get it to a tire shop. They immediately took my car in and went to work. I was a little frazzled about the whole thing and everyone was so kind and helpful. They settled me into a super nice waiting area and had me fixed up in less than 15 minutes. They wouldn't even let me pay them for their time and labor! I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future work for my car. Thank you so much AMR!!”
“Took my 2017 Ford F-150 to Mike to have them look at the brakes and front end. Mike found that my passenger side bearing hub needed replacing and the brakes also needed to be replaced. I had them replace everything since they had the vehicle and I will be taking a road trip later this year. While they had the truck they drove it after the brakes and bearing hub replace. They noticed a sound coming from the front end of my truck and they fixed it. Mike is the only one that took the time to explain to me it was the front hubs trying to lock. My truck finally sounds like it should, HIGHLY recommend Mike's Alignment and Brakes in Choctaw, give them a call.”

I was able to get my car in early the next day, expecting the repair to take at least 2-3 days plus time to move up the line. They had it done late the next morning. “This shop was recommended by a friend of mine.
I came in today because I was having brake issues. My car was vibrating whenever I would press on the brake pedal.
I didn't catch the employee's name but he said the most likely cause was bad rotors. He checked it out and saw that several of the pads were really worn.
I was given the option to have just the front rotors done or both the front and rear. The price he quoted was really fair. Within 2 1/2 hours I was on my way with new rotors and pads.
I drove around a bit on the way home and my brakes work properly now. Like they did when I first bought the car. No noise or vibrating.
I'll definitely be back!!”

It's incredibly difficult to get a good trust worthy mechanic these days who don't try to sell you everything under the moon or take forever to finish the job. The guys here are amazing, they did exactly what I asked and got me in and out with no issues or complications. My parents came here for years and they took good care of them and now I'll be making the drive for any car issues in the future.
