“I just want to start by saying thank you David who took care of us today! Even been coming here for 3+ years and have always had AMAZING service. Today we came in to get a new washer/dryer but husband decided a soundbar would be amazing too! So we get the items home and we called David because we couldn’t get the soundbar hooked up. He came out spent 2 1/2 hours if not more at the house trying to get it situated. We couldn’t get it situated still so he said he will be back with more options on what we can do! I’m so thankful for team here! I highly recommend this store!”

“Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to check iut a mattress my wife and I had seen online. Stephen met us and when shown what we were looking at he told us it was not in stock. He showed us comparable products and invited us to test the comfort levels by laying down on each one. After testing several and seeing what they offered to meet our needs, we found the one we liked. We set up for delivery and settled up with Stephen. All in all the experience was very low key with no pressure. We recommend anyone looking for a new mattress give this Mattress Firm store a try.”
