“UPDATE: Leaving this review to let everyone know that Richard returned my call and then came over immediately to see the chair which he said had been sitting in warehouse a while before I bought it. It was a matter of him oiling moving parts underneath with silicone spray. Thanks for great service Richard. It works like new again.
EARLIER today: I am waiting on David West to return my call. A power lift chair was sold to me three weeks ago. It already has creaking and knocking noise when raising or lowering! I just had surgery!”

““Magnificent Device! DO NOT consider using real ice, or ice packs after partial or full knee replacement, you need a cuff circulating cold water around all sides of your knee. The Active Ice machine is the perfect unit for swelling control. The cuff fits comfortably providing the perfect temperature without fear of freezing your skin so long as you separate the cuff with an ace bandage, pajama bottom or thin workout pant.
