“I just love the energy these employees bring. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and bubbly. Anytime I have an issue with my phone or account, I usually try stopping by the AT&T store in the town where I work or the one by Highway 9, but they can never seem to resolve my issues.
These three, however, are amazing. They always take the time to help, and they either solve the problem or do everything they can to find a solution. I just knew it was going to be trouble getting my phone replaced after breaking it today at work, normally I would have to go into the local US Cellular and buy a brand new phone pay for an activation start a new phone number and have to go through a whole process because of their routine at that specific store, not here at this us cellular!
The customer service was great, they knew how to run right through what needed to happen to get my new phone up and going, and all my stuff from my old phone transferred over!!
