“This place is absolutely awesome! Not only did they give me the best quote to repair the HDMI port on my XBOX, but they also finished it in no time at all. After getting the console back home, I was having issues connecting it to the TV. I called the store and told them what it was doing, and the guy walked me through on how to adjust and fix resolution settings and helped me get it connected. I've got an issue with my iPhone home button, and they're definitely the people I'm going to take it to. I HIGHLY recommend this place.”

“Russel is the man! I went in really nervous because for the past year T-Mobile has been bending me over. I explained my experience to Russell he related he listened and he actually cared. He went way above and beyond to make sure to explain the entire process to us to explain our payments very thoroughly and to get a setup on the best deal that we can get. I run a store right up the road and we have over 800 five-star reviews because of our customer service. So I know a thing or two about taking care of people and if Russell was on my team I'd be rewarding him heavily. He really showed that just a little bit of care and a little bit of compassion can turn somebody's horrific experience into an extremely positive one. Verizon has a new customer and it's because of Russell not because of Verizon but because Russell took a Time to take care of us.”

“I just love the energy these employees bring. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and bubbly. Anytime I have an issue with my phone or account, I usually try stopping by the AT&T store in the town where I work or the one by Highway 9, but they can never seem to resolve my issues.
These three, however, are amazing. They always take the time to help, and they either solve the problem or do everything they can to find a solution.
