“I was concerned my 22 year old tree was dying. We did not buy it from them since the builder had put it in. Darlene asked me to send pictures. Chris examined the pictures and they texted back with valuable info and gave me hope: tree was healthy. It's just Oklahoma heat is making the trees conserving energy resulting in fewer and browner leaves. Chris also addressed my concern and offered a solution since the tree is on a 45 degree angle and water readily rolling down the hill without tree being adequately watered.
I had called another company and they wanted us to put the tree on a treatment plan for $307!
