“To say I was so excited about getting the new furniture and such in is an understatement. We have used Aaron’s in the past in OKC and never had an issue. Without going into all the drama, I will say there was a situation that came up and when it was brought to Store Manager David and Dani’s attention they both personally came and handled it and really made me feel so much better. Thank you both for the time you spent to resolve this and for caring about your customers. I was ready to not go through this again, but we are going stay with Aaron’s in Norman, this was an isolated incident and I understand bad days happen for individuals, but it wasn’t anything I or my family did wrong and they handled it and showed us that we are family.”
