“I recommend the mall but specifically not the Santa and his helpers when it comes to your child’s pictures. We had four kids really wanting to see Santa but in the process we were pushed around, not listened to and then shoved out the door, cut short and not allowed to choose our own photo which caused us to want to break out our phones for a better one!. They were very very rude to say the least and it was very disappointing. We take our pictures every year here with Santa but sadly probably not anymore… I usually don’t say anything like this. I let things like this slide 99 percent of the time, but this time I couldn’t bc it was that bad ugh..??…. Totally done…. Don’t go…”

“Great store, with extensive selection. HOWEVER. We went in, were browsing, and were asked if we needed anything, kindly said no. Then the salesperson started a spiel. We tried to disengage three times, before forcefully declining, saying we just wanted to look. Then, the Leader came with the same spiel. LISTEN. I get it. You are trying to do your job, and we appreciate that. We didn't bother trying to disengage the second time because it would have just been an altercation. BUT seriously! If someone cuts off the spiel, please respect that. We appreciate your friendliness but we will probably shop online next time. The hard sell is not for everyone, some folks are just there to enjoy the company of the people they came with instead of nodding and smiling through a two-minute infomercial every time they shop.”

“Never had such an experience buying shoes. Addison, manager at Norman Oklahoma location was an absolute professional. His knowledge of the products was exceptional. His presentation and customer service was superior. We had one set of shoes shipped to my home, they never arrived. Addison was greatly helpful in getting me in touch with someone at corporate that might could help. I left a message with Summer at corporate. Within the hour she called and had a pair of shoes ready to ship my way. Wow, what an exceptional experience. Addison and Summer are huge assets to this company. “The experience was fine up until we had to wait 10 mins in line. I do not know why the young lady didn’t call for backup when she saw how long the line was and it was just her. It wasn’t until I came up and asked was she the only worker in the store. She then says no and calls for assistance at the register. My only complaint was the long line and at the end of my transaction, she places my receipt in the top box and slides the stack of boxes to me….uh, ma’am, I’m going to need a bag for these boxes. Surely you do not expect customers to juggles boxes on their way to out the door for them to topple over and shoes fall out. Other than that, she was nice and sweet. The store was clean and quiet as well. We enjoyed our store visit and found the shoes we needed for our baby.”

“this isnt really my type of store. i was craving faygo soda for some unknown reason and the faygo locator was showing this place as one of the closest places i can purchase faygo. i got ahold of cotton candy faygo soda along with orange cream ale81 soda. mainly due to the fact that some of the more regional sodas can be found here i am happy this place exists even if the drive was over 20 miles to acquire the sodas.”

I found the best pair of shoes I've had in years in this store, and I've been in some expensive places trying to get something to wear. You go Encore!! I will be back lord willing.”

“I visited the Norman store today to find a pair of shoes. I have MD and it is not fun finding comfortable shoes. BJ, or Bradford was beyond helpful. He listened and knew exactly what would work and they did. The other employees helped find shoes and Jibbitz for my kids. It was such a pleasant experience!! Thank you”

“My wife and daughter were there this past Saturday. The store was packed, and only two young gentlemen working. They were both very professional and very patient with each customer. We found out that someone had called in and they were left working through their lunch period, but didn’t change their attitudes and kept things moving throughout the store. It was very impressive to witness and the store is very fortunate to have the fine young me as employees.”
“I had a great experience! The man who helped me, who I believe is the owner, was very knowledgeable not only with the shoes, but with the importance of finding a shoe specifically for my needs. He gave me information about how my foot/ankle moves when I walk and how I would need a certain type of support for that. He definitely had anatomical knowledge. I could tell he was passionate about helping people find shoes to fit their needs rather than just trying to sell the shoes. And he was able to order the shoes in the color I needed straight to my home. Will be coming back next time I need a new pair!”
