“I have always had great experiences with this company. They have bailed me out of many jams. The most recent one, was one of their mechanics named mike.He walked me through one of my problems with my Forklift over the phone.This day and age that is very hard to find.everybody’s trying to empty your pocket’s out anymore.He helped me out at no charge walked me through some troubleshooting and got me up and running. It was a true blessing!When our forklift is down,Buisness is down. I Just wanted to reach out and say thank you mike and all American forklift. You guys are great.”
“I rented a truck via phone. Time and date set for pickup. Received excellent customer service and communication the whole time. Everything ended up being done by phone and website. I returned truck via scan code on side of vehicle. It was simple, easy. Truck was in great condition. The ride was smooth. Would rent from here again. Highly recommend!”
