Old guy with the star face tattoos, he either needs to go or be retrained on customer service. That guy is rude and doesn't know the responsibilities of his job. I'll walk out and go to your competitor anytime he's on shift from now on.

7-eleven on 122nd and Penn. Some of the cashier's need lessons in customer service. They are there to help and assist the customers not to he lazy an rude as hell. Do not go there unless I need to.
