“I went to the Metro PCS on MacArthur and the female in there who always wear a mask and glasses told me it was $30 for the home WiFi box plus activation fee, and first month plan but she was out until next week. I went to the one on 23rd in MacArthur and the women in there told me the box is free, no activation fee, and that I just had to pay for the first month plan to get it started. I can only imagine how many times she played me since I was a loyal customer to the first place, but GOD doesn't like ugly so I'll leave it in his hands to handle her. I don't appreciate it at all. I value honesty and respect the women who told me the truth. GOD BLESS them beautiful ladies”

“My experience here was with a gentleman named Carlos. Honestly, I had very low expectations walking in. Carlos changed the way I view everything in the customer service field. Not only was his professionalism above and beyond anything I have ever dealt with, but he dealt with customers on a personal level as well. It took time for me to get approved, so I had time to observe him with other customers. Even while getting cursed at, he maintained his professionalism. In this day and age it's amazing to see people like Carlos still exist. This company needs to model every employee after Carlos. I have had to deal with various fields of customer service in 25+ years in my line of work, and Carlos was beyond anyone I've ever had to deal with. If I could give 20 stars it wouldn't be enough. He was very knowledgeable about the products he had available, and even took the time to explain not just the products, but various technology in a way easy for anyone to understand. I can't speak highly enough about Carlos. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I come in contact with. And when I mention this specific store I will mention by Carlos by name, because if you deal with him, you'll be handled by the best of the best. Thank you so much Carlos!!!”
