Only car in the drive thru. Set there 15 minutes with no update as why it was takings so long. I then Paige the intercom and I’m told I will be helped once everybody in the lobby has been help then they will get to me . Why even open the drive thru. Very silly.

I came in a few days ago and it was my first time at this branch. I needed help transferring some money and Jake is the one who helped me. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and made it an overall good experience. Highly reccomend.
