Arvest needs to do better when they do maintenance on their online banking! they need to fix things that cant be fixed without shutting EVERYTHING DOWN people are locked out of their finances...beyond ridiculous!

Only car in the drive thru. Set there 15 minutes with no update as why it was takings so long. I then Paige the intercom and I’m told I will be helped once everybody in the lobby has been help then they will get to me . Why even open the drive thru. Very silly.
