I come to this bank 3 times a week out of convenience (because work is a far drive) and every single time I come between 7:00 and 7:30am the drive thru is always closed even though every other bancfirst in the area open at 7am on the dot. The two openers are late every day and super rude for no reason at all.

Very friendly staff at this bank every time I visit it. In reference to the other review about not being open on time, maybe that person should look at the actual hours of operation. It plainly says the drive thru hours are 7:30-6:00.

Tried lying to me about how to close an account. Made the withdrawal as annoying as possible at the same time. They must need a lot more training.
