Metro by T-Mobile provides great and outstanding customer service. The employees are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They greet customers with a smile and go above and beyond to help find the perfect phone and a great plan. However, follow-up can be difficult as they do not answer the phone, and the porting process can be a nightmare. Customers love their new phone and service but may not return unless necessary. The workers deserve a raise for being so helpful.
