The staff is always nice, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They are very helpful and friendly, quick to help find the right cigars or tobacco, and spend a good amount of time offering recommendations. The shop has an unpretentious smoke room and a nice lounge to chill and smoke, with drinks to go with them. Excellent place and excellent owner. I’m from Fort Worth Texas and was visiting my daughter in Oklahoma and went by the store to have cigar and relax.
