He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️”

“I stopped into look at new Boots and luckily Hannah was there to help! She mentioned I may only need new inserts, given the condition of the boots. She cleaned, conditioned, and put new laces on them. They literally feel as comfortable as they did brand new! Another reason to go red wing and I’m forever sold on them!”
“Dillon at the Penn Square location went ABOVE and beyond helping me and my cousin find shoes. I was having a stressful day and my cousin and I were looking for shoes for him. He was from abroad and was very specific about the fit which resulted in trying on 6+ shoes. He even convinced me to get my own pair and I had to try on a few myself ?. We ended up having to order shoes for my cousin and they arrived in 2 business days. This is my go to store now in OKC for my sneakers.”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a 3 piece suit for my husband to wear to our daughter's wedding. Our salesman referred us to a seamstress to have some alterations done. When we returned to her at the scheduled day to pick up his suit, we found she hadn't even started on the alterations! She said she would get the work done but it would be several hours. The wedding was the next day at 10am so panic set in!
We returned to GQ to buy some additional items and quietly mentioned the issue. The owner quickly stepped in and contacted the seamstress. He then insisted on giving us discounts on additional items and giving us several items at no cost even though the situation was in no way their fault. He then drove to her shop to check on the situation as well as to fold and put in the pocket square for my husband. We were able to get the suit within a couple of hours and my husband looked amazing for the wedding!
We have already recommended this store to several people and will continue to do so. We will definitely be returning to buy my husband some suits for work. They have found life long customers and supporters! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!”

“Only.givjng 5 star because we love Converse. Sadly their employees don't love their jobs enough to show their love for the company. We got my husband some shoes the other day, as we do every few months cause be works in them and so he goes thru about 3 pairs a year just for work. Any way, we couldn't find his size in a pair he was interested in and so he asked an employee and they were just so dismissive. She wasn't interested in looking in the back she just looked at my husband and said nope we have what's on the floor. He said, "we shop here multiple times a year, I know yall keep stock in the back." She rolled her eyes and then went to registers and just stood there sipping on her cup as everyone else was working. We decided to just find a pair that had his size instead of asking for help from someone else. It's ridiculous that as customers some of us spend hundreds if not thousands a year in these stores for the customer service to just stink. Hopefully they find some good help soon. I just dont get the need to be so rude all the time.”
