Hard to understand the reason for a customer service department when they're less helpful than the workers at checkout...

It's a Wal-Mart, not much to expect. Did have a drama unfold, two females began a screaming match, they went outside, and the husband/boyfriend/babydaddy of one brandished a firearm (while holding his toddler in his arms). Another day in Wal-Mart. Still prefer it here over virtual signaling Target.

Everyone was super nice and helpful but the door greeter dan was kind of passively aggressively rude as we walked past him on his scooter. I think "how many times are you going to cross in front of me?" were his words. while I was walking straight down the meat isle as he was scootering behind me And my younger brother.
