They offer basic groceries, coffee, drinks and have a really tasty sandwich shop that offers an array of meat an cheese sandwiches!     “I visit this location at least five times a week but on January 10th around 8:30 pm I had by far the best experience at any Walmart ever. I honestly regret not getting this gentlemen’s name so I will do my best to describe him so that he knows never to change a thing about his personality. He was I his 20’s with very curly brown hair and glasses. He was patient, kind and you could just tell that he enjoys helping people. I really appreciated his very upbeat attitude and willingness to help. It’s very rare that you get patience from an employee when there is a mess-up at the self-check out. He truly deserves a pat on the back. I really did appreciated him. Thank you!”

    “I do not usually leave reviews, but felt the need to after a great experience with the clerk, Josh, on the hwy 20 location right off the turnpike gate. There was 9 people in line & he was the only one working. It could have been miserable, but he had everyone laughing in line & talked to everyone like we knew him our whole life. What a great guy they have working for them. Hoping he’s being paid well because it completely changed the tone and atmosphere of the place making it a pleasant experience. We all left with a smile.”

    “Unfortunately we visited the Foyil store a week ago and with COVID numbers up all across the state almost everyone that went in that store was not wearing a mask. All the other Dollar Generals we'd visited told everyone they had to wear a mask in order to go in but these employees didn't waste their breath! So sad that people don't care about other people in that area! ???”

Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard.     Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
