“We were in a bind when Hertz didn’t have a rental after we had booked with them. Being the weekend, we were in a bind. We looked everywhere in town and finally got a hold of one last car at this location. We only had 10 minutes before they closed to book a new reservation with this Avis location downtown. Tia was working and was incredibly helpful and efficient. She really saved the day on this one and on a really bad day for us, she really helped us out. I’m forever thankful for the help and will be using this location again just because of Tia’s phenomenal customer service. Thank you!”

When I went to pick it up I actually was charged less than what my quote was on the app. We returned early and I assumed the price would still be the same but we actually got money back for it which made our total so much lower than expected, which was nice. “I moved from OKC on a prayer to have a chance to work at this place. I've worked with this company now for over 4 years within thier collections, sales development, and billing departments. They promote within the company. It's clean, orderly, environmentaly conscious, employee oriented accommodations, family-like comerodery, honorable founding values, and grand cultural diversity as well as employee ran committees. The HR department is the best I've ever experienced, benefits are spectacular, generous pay scale, casual/business professional attire. The facilities and cleaning ladies really take care of the place consistently. Complementary classes you have the freedom to take to teach you how to execute personal career goals such as leadership, excel certification, budgeting personal finances, "how to" classes and a ton more - you even get paid while you are taking the classes! Keith was a complete optimist and his positive energy was contagious. He really was fantastic. He did everything that was required of his job while not making me feel pressured. Truly he was a joy to interact with. I travel to Tulsa regularly and plan on renting with Thrifty whenever possible.”

“Our flight got in at 11pm so we stayed at the hotel right next to the airport and I got over to the car rental place a little before 8am to pick up the car. The pickup is outside and hertz, Alamo and thrifty are in the same booth. The guy in the booth is awesome! Helpful and explains everything even down to the prices of adding gas their or yourself. The whole process took 5 mins and although I had booked a car they were out and only had a truck but it's pretty nice. I researched everything before going so I already knew they only stay up to 10 mins after 9pm and i don't blame them. Who wants to work 3 hours of overtime waiting for one person to pick up a rental car. There were a few people who stayed at the hotel for the same reason (that the rental car places close at 9pm). Honestly it's the same process at every rental place within an airport. You get the keys and walk to the car. I don't think they deep clean the cars between each customer but it definitely wasn't dirty. These cars are in constant rotation at a busy airport. It's a rental not a new car so don't expect a luxurious Bentley.”
