Horrible!!! You pay for a car in advance and you don’t get anything close to it. Then they tell you to get what you reserved will be several hours wait. The care I had to take was totally filthy - pitiful.
Thrifty, nor their partnering agencies, will get another dime of my personal or company money.

Tim, I believe was the gentleman's name was absolutely fantastic. Got my daughter and myself in the Rav 4 lickity-split.
The only thing is the interior of the car was a little dirty, and I pray it doesn't fall on me when we return it. Other than that, excellent service.

Fast, friendly service and a cheap, clean car. Keith was incredible and probably the most professional agent I've dealt with in quite some time. Their booth is probably the farthest away but that's to be expected
