“I had a great shopping experience at Ross while my boys were in class. It was the perfect place to browse and find some really good deals. They had a great selection of clothes, including some really cute Easter dresses, all at very affordable prices. The store was well-stocked with updated inventory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of beauty products and home goods available as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt clean and organized. I also really appreciated how quick and easy the experience was—I didn’t have to wait long at all for a dressing room or at checkout, which made the trip even better. Another convenient bonus is the Amazon locker for package pickup, which is super helpful when you’re already out running errands. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable shopping trip with great finds and even better prices. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Just had a great in store experience. Stella was extremely helpful with a men’s sport coat purchase. Had an issue with online ordering and the corporate office resolution department was no help over the phone and told me that I was basically out luck. Decided to drive an hour to my nearest store and see if I get get help there and Stella went above and beyond to get my slot coat purchase taken care of. Recommend dealing with store rather than online.”

“I visit this location at least five times a week but on January 10th around 8:30 pm I had by far the best experience at any Walmart ever. I honestly regret not getting this gentlemen’s name so I will do my best to describe him so that he knows never to change a thing about his personality. He was I his 20’s with very curly brown hair and glasses. He was patient, kind and you could just tell that he enjoys helping people. I really appreciated his very upbeat attitude and willingness to help. It’s very rare that you get patience from an employee when there is a mess-up at the self-check out. He truly deserves a pat on the back. I really did appreciated him. Thank you!”

“On April 21st at around 5, right after I got out of work, I was in a TERRIBLE mood. I had some things that I had to have for tomorrow (as well as a need to fuel my minor spending addiction after a horrible day), but I honestly wasn't in the mood for people. So I put in a Drive Up order, never having used it before. I was surprised at how quick my order was ready and arriving to me (especially compared to my experience using Walmart pickup). Even better, it actually had the exact items I wanted, and not subpar replacements. The employee who delivered me my order (Brian) was very friendly and helpful (and completely unjudgemental of my messy car). Overall, I had an amazing experience and would defintely recommend.”

“I went to this salon after tracking down a hair stylist that had cut my hair in the past. I was really happy with the way she didn't rush through it and made sure that every piece would lay down exactly like I wanted it to. Well... A couple weeks ago I needed a trim after doing a relaxer treatment. I went to a different salon because Kallie was no longer at the place I had previously gone. Long story short, my hair looked horrible, was completely lopsided and felt like Velcro. I was so very unhappy.I managed to track Kallie down through a mutual friend to this JCPenney salon in Owasso and immediately got in touch with her! First, she shampooed and conditioned my hair with this stuff that made it feel SO silky. Then she patiently worked her way through my hair with her scissors, not once did she use clippers on my hair, got most of the damage trimmed off and smoothed out, and evened out the hair cut into the cutest, most low maintenance style I've ever had! I can run my fingers through it without hearing it rip itself apart. All I have to do is brush it and it looks exactly like I wanted it to my entire life. I've never been more happy with a haircut! Plus she took the time to explain everything she was using on my hair, what it does, why she likes it, and how to use it. She also took the time to slow down and show me exactly how to do what she was doing with the hair dryer to style it myself at home. We had great conversation and I really felt like I was just hanging out with a friend while she was doing my hair. I will definitely be going to Kallie for all mine and my family's hair needs no matter where she is! I am so thankful I was able to find her!Services: Haircut”
