The new manager guy, running the store was super helpful and took their time to help me with my phone while also juggling other customers, while all alone! Will definitely be coming back! Had some bad experiences in the past here, with previous employees, but they're gone now. looks like I will be making this my regular store again, rather than driving all the way to Tulsa.”

However, one of the customer service people in there who's name I believe is Liz. I just needed an upgrade but it felt like it took hours and by the end of the interaction I knew her entire life story, some of those details seem a tad bit too personal. Kind of unprofessional.”
