“My wife and I were having major issues with another cellular company, not enough room here to go into all the issues but mostly lack of technical support or any help with our issues because we weren’t buying anything so no one would help us! We decided to change companies, enter Jimmy at Verizon. This guy knew everything there is to know about cell phones and cell phone plans! He took care of transferring all our numbers and got us a WAY WAY better deal than what we had with the other company. Jimmy gave us his direct contact, which I used because of a question I had, he answered the call and took care of my concern.”

“I had an iPhone charger break off in the charging port so looked up a couple repair shops. 1 was appointment only and another said they did $25 diagnostics, when I called here they said bring it in first and if they didn’t have to take the phone apart they would probably do it at no cost. Walked in, was greeted right away and after explaining my situation, right then the gentleman was looking at my phone. It took him less than a minute to removed the broken piece of debris and with a smile on his face handed me the phone and told me to have a good day and thanks for coming in! If I ever have further issues you can bet I’ll be coming back 100%! Thank you!”

“Came in for assistance with a new phone. Met with ATT Rep named "Tree". Initially her introduction was off-putting as she did not smile and was her tone was very flat. After awhile, she warmed up to me and we laughed alot. She assisted me in setting up my new device, and showed me some of the functions. Ms Tree cut up so bad, I said "Where is Mr. A T&T? I'm telling on you!" LOL!! Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and when I return, I will definitely look for her to assist me.”
