“The overnight wonderful cashier, Stephanie, is the only reason I continue to come to this location. She deals with so much and remains so professional. She goes above and beyond. I’ve been in the store when someone who clearly has an addiction problem was harassing her with another grown woman and she remained kind and professional. I wouldn’t have. Give her a raise. From reading the reviews she is a top tier employee! I knew I wouldn’t have been the only one to feel this way!”

“I had a really positive experience with an employee named Trey at this Walmart. I had a rough week and noticed kiddie pools near the front marked around $7 that rang up closer to $10. I mentioned it to Tray so no one else would run into the same issue, and he was incredibly kind about it. He honored the displayed price, helped me load my bags, and was so patient while I struggled with the app. It may have seemed like a small interaction, but after a hard week, his kindness honestly made my day a lot better. Great customer service like that deserves recognition.”

“This 7-Eleven is one of the first locations I’ve seen transformed into the new concept—a fresh approach to providing convenience to customers. You were once known as the legendary corner store with just a couple of gas pumps, but now you’re operating on a much more competitive level.
That said, it was a bit disappointing to see this location lacking in maintenance. It seemed understaffed, and the cleanliness was noticeably poor. Staff professionalism was inconsistent. Every now and then, you could catch a glimpse of care, but overall, the employees came across as overworked and disengaged. Even if they don’t realize it, customers notice these things over time.
I just wanted to share my two cents and hopefully bring some attention back to the basics—the little things that truly make “convenience” convenient.”
“Napoleon should be given more than five stars for his Customer Service. He has a fabulous sense of humor, and is very expedient working two cashiers jobs at one time.

“I have lived in Surrey Hills for four years and this has been a great store. Autumn is a delight and great employee. Store Lead Maria lacks the ability to lead the store. She has a rogue employee who became unprofessional and really mouthy when an associate agreed to make tacos for me. Said employee or leader could have easily said we cannot accommodate that and I could have said okay. Instead she chose to speak loudly that we are in the “rich neighborhood and cater too much to our employees and continued to talk nonsense with store lead right there. Rogue employee had her hair hiding her name tag.
Both lead and rogue employee refused to give me her name.i encourage Heather and team to coach up employee and leader. Do better. Be better.”
