βI had a co-worker come to my aid yesterday. I locked my phone and keys in my car. I couldn't remember anyone phone numbers. It's the phone brain thing ! I spoke with Conner at the service desk and asked if he could call a UBER to take me to Greenwood to get my extra key and bring me back to Fort Smith. That didn't work. Conner said if I would wait 30 minutes, he would take me. He is a very exceptional young man! We had a nice visit on the ride. He refused to take any money or allow me to put gas in his car. Connor is a college student, and I would think a valuable employee for Harps!β

βI love Aldi but I wish their paper bags didn't break so easily considering we have to pay for them. Also wish the cashier's were a little more gentle on the groceriesβ
βWe are new to the area and happy that we have a Sam's Club 50 miles from our house. We have gone to this locations a few times. The staff have been very nice which is a nice change. The prices at Sam's are really good if you are looking for bulk items. The meat market is my favorite. We have bought a few briskets,tenderloin,bacon and rotisserie chickens. The store is very clean and kept up with. I also noticed they are really good on making sure there was no expired items on the shelf. We are looking forward to our next visit.β
βNot quite like Publix in Florida but close. I just wish they had a bigger selection of boar's head lunch meats at our location. Very cute and well kept store. Clean and good produce selection.β

βThere's always room for improvement. I've seen the horrible 1 rating stars from 2-5 years ago. People may have been different back then, but the associated today (July of 2025) help you save every bit of your dollar that they can. Unfortunately the Dollar General looks like about 90% of the other Dollar General stores that I have been in (Mostly in Fort Smith), cluttered. As an old associate that use to work at a DG over 30 years ago, I can attest, this is not the fault of the associates. I'm still surprised that the company still relies on only 2-3 people to actually run their store. And continues to jam pack stores of merchandise that doesn't sell and keeps the shelves empty of the items that do.β

βSaved me in a pinch! Went to renew my driver's license renewed, forgot my checkbook, & didn't realize licenses were cash or check only. Luckily J-Sac had a newly installed ATM.β
βI love this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the staff are great. The pharmacist has always been helpful when there is a problem with any of my prescriptions interacting. The pharmacist is exceptional about telling me what to watch for if she feels there might be an issue with a medication.β
βThe Dollar general on 71 is the only dollar store I shop at. Masks are a must inside but they also offer online shopping and curbside pickup which is super handy when I'm low on time! Its organized, clean and their inventory is well stocked with all the daeily products you'll ever need. Customer service is amazing! They keep their shoppers happy and on a first name basis so they keep coming back!β

βMichelle is great! She is always so friendly when I go in. Today I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and didnβt realize it was gone until I got to work. I called to see if anyone had turned one in, which they hadnβt, but she actually walked out into the rain and found it in the parking lot for me. Also had it dried off when I came to pick it up. I appreciate her so much!β
